Make sure your secondary name server meets the following criteria:
If you have more than one secondary name server, you can register it only AFTER your domain name has been successfully registered. To register, your Technical Contact must submit an application to add Secondary Name Server (under Modification of the domain name record).
If you do not have your own secondary server, most Internet Service Providers (ISPs) or domain name hosting providers can rent you one.
